As director of delivery and analytics, Laura directs and implements e-mail marketing campaigns. Focusing on the needs of each client, Laura recommends delivery, deployment and tracking technologies and strategies that will maximize customer retention. Laura also builds customized reporting templates that help our clients gauge and measure real-time customer response rates to ongoing e-mail marketing initiatives.

Before joining BaySide Media, Laura was a senior manager in Miller Freeman's IT department in San Francisco. Laura was responsible for developing the companyıs intranet, database publishing, and digital archive systems. She managed end-user support, network services, and hardware and software purchases for more than 500 users located at nine sites around the country.

A 20-year veteran of technical publishing systems management, Laura has built and implemented electronic publishing systems for many major publishers, including IDG, Ziff-Davis, Barclays Law Publishers and San Francisco State University.

She has also written and edited technical features for Ziff-Davis, managed product review projects at ZD Labs, and developed data conversion and transmission systems for Barclays, Information Access Company and several printers.
